Corrosion inhibition (rust-proofing) - Motor vehicles - Product
Specifies performance and labelling requirements for corrosion inhibition products (commonly known as rust-proofing products) which are intended for application to fully assembled new or used motor vehicles. In particular, it relates to products which are intended to inhibit rust forming in concealed areas, and/or exposed areas of a motor vehicle.
Corrosion inhibition (rust-proofing) - Motor vehicles - Treatment of vehicles

The Standard describes pretreatment procedures, possible accesses to surfaces that are to be treated, application requirements, inspection and finishing requirements as well as retreatment procedures if the conditions of contract require that the vehicle be periodically retreated. Further, the Standard includes sample 'Data Sheets' which are required to be prepared by the rustproofer before the vehicle is treated.
